Shells I t/m VII  (Coquilles I t/m VII)

               For the very reason that in the color graphics 'Shells' nothing spectacular happens, things such as

               atmosphere and color claim a lot of attention. By constantly moving forms about, there is a creation

               of ordening which balances reality and abstraction. 

               They contain a degree of self-evidence and beauty which touches the inexpressible. Exactly that which

               according to Van Ingen artworks should be about.

               Pour la raison même que dans les couleur graphique 'Coquilles', rien spectaculaire se produit, des

               choses comme l'atmosphère et la couleur réclament beaucoup d'attention. En se déplaçant forme

               environ, il y a une création qui équilibre la réalité et l'abstraction.

               Elles contiennent un degré d'individu-évidence et de beauté qui touche l'inexprimable. Exactement

               cela qui selon Van Ingen les dessin-modèles devraient être environ.
